Incredible Summer Swimming

Yesterday we had an Incredible Summer Swim Party at the Whorton's. The kids had a great time splashing and playing in the pool that was not overrun by hoards of matching-t-shirt wearting, sweaty, 3rd graders from the local summer rec program. It was said that we moms were "going glam," by attempting to hold on to some small thread of dignity in our shades and un-wet hair. Then, a kiddie delight, grilled hot dogs. What could be better than that?

I didn't take any pictures. Sorry. But I still haven't added any from our last summer fun trip to tour the Chocolate Factory and have lunch at Fritz's train restaurant at Crown Center. So I'll put those up instead. Just remember: yesterday, swimming. Two weeks ago, chocolate. It's a good life.
